Heyzap Launches Publisher Revenue Share of Virtual Goods

pub-dashsmall3

We just announced our publisher revenue share on Techcrunch and for a limited time we are giving the first 1000 sites that sign up 20% revenue share (normally 15%). We will give websites that use Heyzap widget, API or embed games on registered domains a rev share on all virtual good sales on their site e.g. if a user spends $1 on a virtual shield the publisher will receive $0.15

If the user buys a virtual good on your site than you will get the rev share. This is regardless of whether they are a new user and what payment method they use.

Publishers are a critical part of the flash gaming ecosystem and Heyzap has strived to make tools that make these games more accessible to all publishers. We can now not only give engaging games content to our publishers but also monetize their site.

Heyzap payments has more than 15 games integrated with many more on the way. We are excited to work with game developers and publishers to give the best tools for easily syndicating, distributing and monetizing flash games.

For developers as well, this is good news as we can now distribute your games to larger audiences and maximize your games revenue and eCPM rate.
If you are a publisher and want to start engaging your users and take part in the virtual good revolution create a site here.

If you are a game developer and want to start making money from microtransactions and get your game out there, go through our simple virtual goods wizard.

Thanks for taking part in Heyzap!

Heyzap Payments Gives 70% Revenue Share for Developers

active-endpoints-has-a-wake-up-call-for-us-developers

Just to keep our flash developers up to date. We switched from our original revenue share of 50/50 to 70/30 where the 70% goes to developers. We feel this is more in line with the Apple App store model of 70/30 and is fairer for developers.

We are still seeing amazing uptake of Heyzap Payments and some great case studies coming through of developers making real money with eCPM rates destroying those obtained by advertising.

As a developer you have total flexibility to use both advertising and Heyzap Payments running at the same, and you can distribute your games to all the usual places, as well as getting distribution through Heyzap.

Start using Heyzap Payments today.
